Steps:
- Cut breadstick into 3cm thick slices on the diagonal, but not all the way through.
- Spread each cut side of bread alternately with butter then Vegemite and place in a piece of cheese. Continue until each split has Vegemite and cheese in each. Wrap in foil and bake at 180°C fan-forced for 10 minutes.
- Unwrap the top of the foil, to expose the top of the breadstick, and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius.
- Line 2-3 baking trays with baking paper.
- Spread one sheet of pastry with 1/4 of the vegemite.
- Sprinkle vegemite coated pastry with 1/4 of the cheese.
- Roll up the pastry (like a scroll).
- Cut roll into 12 equal portions and place on prepared trays.
- Repeat above steps with 3 remaining sheets of pastry.
- Brush scrolls with beaten egg.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
