This creamy chip dip is different from any I've ever had. Mix sour cream with tomatoes and green chilies, black olives and Cheddar cheese. Always a hit at parties. Great texture and taste! Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, with liquid
½ (1 ounce) package dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Mix together sour cream, canned tomatoes, dry ranch dressing mix, black olives, and shredded cheese. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

  • Spread cream cheese onto microwaveable plate; top with salsa and shredded cheese.
  • Microwave on high 45 seconds to 1 minute or until shredded cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions or cilantro.

2 cloves garlic
1 pounds hamburger
1 units salt and pepper
0.5 pounds velveeta cheese
1 jars salsa

Steps:

  • Heat a skillet; add the olive oil, garlic, and hamburger. Add salt and pepper. Cook until the hamburger is brown. Drain the hamburger.
  • In a large bowl add the hamburger, cheese, and salsa all together. Put in microwave. Stir every minute to a minute and a half, until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm with nacho chip. It will be sure to be a hit!
