1 lb. potatoes, thinly sliced (3 cups)
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 lb. ham steak, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup milk
2 green onions, sliced
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Steps:

  • Bring potatoes and water to boil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. (Do not drain.)
  • Add remaining ingredients; stir gently. Cook until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.

1 lb. baking potatoes (about 3), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
3 green onions, thinly sliced
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 10 min. or just until tender; drain.
  • Add potatoes to large nonstick ovenproof skillet; stir in ham, tomatoes and onions; cook on medium heat 3 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Whisk eggs and garlic powder until blended; pour over potato mixture. Cook 5 min.; top with cheese.
  • Bake 15 to 18 min. or until center is set.
