1 tablespoon olive oil
3 chicken breasts, cubed
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 ½ cups chicken broth
2 ½ cups heavy cream
1 lb penne pasta, uncooked
2 cups parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 handful fresh parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • In a pot, heat oil and add chicken.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Add garlic, then brown the chicken.
  • Add broth, heavy cream, and pasta, and bring to a boil.
  • Cover and reduce the heat to a simmer for 15-20 min.
  • Turn off heat and stir in 1 ½ cups (165 grams) of parmesan cheese.
  • Pour half of the pasta into a greased 11×7 inch or 9×13 inch (28x18 cm or 33x23 cm) baking dish.
  • Sprinkle evenly with 1 cup (115 grams) of mozzarella cheese.
  • Layer the remaining half of the pasta evenly on top. Sprinkle evenly with 1 cup of mozzarella (115 grams) and ½ cup (55 grams) of parmesan.
  • Broil 10 - 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Steps:

  • Cook the pasta, adding the broccoli for the final 4-5 mins and cooking until tender. Drain well, then heat the grill.
  • Heat the butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour. Cook for 1 min, then gradually add the milk, stirring well between each addition. Bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer for 2 mins, before stirring in the mustard, half the cheese and seasoning.
  • Mix the pasta and broccoli into the sauce and spoon into an ovenproof dish. Scatter over the remaining cheese and place under a hot grill for 3-4 mins until golden and bubbling.

7 slices bacon
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons butter, divided
1 cup shredded Gouda cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a casserole dish.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook bow-tie pasta at a boil, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels, reserving bacon grease in the skillet. Let bacon cool enough to handle, about 5 minutes; crumble and set aside. Drain cooked pasta and set aside.

Steps:

  • Boil a large pan of water with a sprinkle of salt, when bubbling, add pasta to water and leave for 10 - 12 minutes. Add broccoli and leave for further 5 minutes, once cooked, drain out and add pasta and broccoli back to pan.
  • Add a tbsp of oil to a large frying pan and add to high heat. Add chicken breast to pan and fry until begins to brown, remove from the pan. Add bacon into pan and fry for around 3 - 5 minutes, then add mushroom, garlic and spring onions and leave for another 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Once bacon has cooked, add chicken back to the pan and stir together gently for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir into pasta.
  • In a medium sized saucepan, melt the soft cheese and butter together on a low heat, stirring together constantly. Once melted together and the sauce is visibly thinner, stir in the milk and add the pesto and stir for roughly 5 minutes. When happy with the sauce, stir into the pasta pan and mix together well so all contents are coated.
  • Now, add all the pasta mix to a deep oven dish and spread out around dish, then sprinkle over Parmesan cheese and put into the oven, for about 30-35 minutes on 200c (Fan Oven) or until Cheese is brown and golden.

3 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1 -2 inch pieces
2 - 3 Tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 - 2 tsp. salt
24 oz pasta shells (not small and also not the ones used for stuffing)
1 1/2 lb florets of broccoli crowns = 3 - 4 crowns
2 can(s) cream of chicken soup, condensed
1 1/2 soup cans full of milk
16 oz velveeta cheese, cubed
16 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Steps:

  • 1. 1) Heat oven to 375 degrees. 2) Butter or grease two 3 quart baking dishes, set aside. 3) Start heating the water for the pasta. 4) Cut chicken into 1 - 2 inch pieces. 5) Heat a large skillet or large pot with cooking oil to med. high; add chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cook until slightly browned, stirring occasionally. 6) At this time the water should be at a rapid boil so add the pasta, you may add salt to the water if desired. Pasta should be al dente so do not cook more then 5 - 6 min, drain and set aside. 7) In the meantime while chicken is browning, cut the broccoli florets off steams and then in half, rinse and set aside. 8) Open cans, set aside. 9) Cube Velveeta, set aside. 10) Grate sharp cheddar cheese, set aside. 11) Once the chicken is browned add; soup, milk, Velveeta and stir until no lumps remain. 12) Turn off heat, stir in broccoli and shells. KEEP IN MIND all of the above ingredients may not fit and you may need to transfer it to a larger pot to stir. 13) Once stirred together divide mixture and pour into the baking dishes, sprinkle with cheese, bake for 25 - 30 minutes. 1 lb 16 ounce pasta of your choice
1 lb bacon, cooked crisp
5 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed and cooked
1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 c onion
4 clove garlic, minced
2 ( 14.5 ounce ) cans diced tomatoes with garlic, basil and oregano
4 c mozzarella cheese, divided
2 c heavy whipping cream
oregano, dried
salt and pepper to season chicken

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray, set aside. Cook and drain your pasta. Set aside.
  • 2. In a large skillet fry your bacon crisp, remove to a paper towel to drain.
  • 3. Save about 4 tablespoons of bacon grease, and brown your seasoned chicken in the same skillet till juices no longer run pink.
  • 4. In another large skillet or you can use the same one as chicken, once removed. Brown your onions and garlic with the olive oil. Till tender.
  • 5. Next, add your tomatoes and cream, bring to a slow boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes until begins to thicken some. Stir in the cream cheese and half the mozzarella cheese until thoroughly blended. Add the chicken to the sauce.
  • 6. In the dutch oven I boiled my pasta in; add the pan of sauce to the pasta, and stir till evenly coated. Spread the pasta into the baking dish. sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Then top cheese with oregano. And finally top with bacon.
  • 7. Place the dish into the oven, and bake for approx 40 - 45 minutes or until bubbly. I then placed under a broiler to brown a bit more ( do not have to ). Let the pasta set for 5 minutes before serving. I served the pasta with buttered Vienna bread. Enjoy!

6 ounces spiral shaped pasta
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground lamb
4 sticks celery, sliced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (14 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
1 bouillon cube (beef or lamb, depending on meat used)
1 -2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 ounce butter
1 ounce all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon mustard powder
2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Set the oven to 400°F.
  • Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10-14 mins, or as directed on the packet, until just tender, then drain well.
  • Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion and cook it over a medium heat for 4-5 mins, until it starts to soften. Add the meat and celery to pan and cook for a further 5-8 mins, stirring well so the meat browns all over.
  • Add flour to the pan and cook for a further minute, stirring until the mixture has thickened, then stir in the tomatoes and 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir well while the mixture comes to the boil.   • Bake in the centre of the oven for 30-40 mins, or until the mixture is gollden on top and sizzling hot. Serve immediately.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken, mushrooms and basil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3 min. or until chicken is lightly browned. Stir in pasta sauce and tomatoes; bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Add Neufchatel; cook and stir until melted.
  • Drain pasta. Add to chicken mixture with 1/2 cup mozzarella; mix well. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

1 (5.2 ounce) container Boursin cheese
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
salt and ground black pepper to taste
¾ pound frozen Italian-style meatballs
2 cups penne pasta

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Pour olive oil into a 9-inch square baking dish. Place Boursin cheese in the middle of the dish. Add cherry tomatoes around the cheese, then sprinkle garlic, salt, and pepper over top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven; crush the tomatoes and mix with the melted cheese.
  • Add frozen meatballs and return to the oven; bake until meatballs are heated through, about 15 more minutes.
  • Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.

2 cloves garlic, minced

200 g jumbo pasta shells
600 g leeks, trimmed washed & sliced
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
50 g blue cheese, crumbled
50 g cheddar cheese, shredded
20 g parmesan cheese, grated
260 ml milk
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons cornstarch (optional)
2 tablespoons water (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Steam leeks until just tender over the boiling pasta.
  • Put shells in a buttered casserole dish. Top with the leeks and season lightly with salt & pepper. Sprinkle the chopped parsley and thyme over the top.
  • Put milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add cheeses and stir to melt. If sauce seems a bit thin, you can thicken it by adding the 2tsp cornstarch to 2 Tbsp water and adding this mixture to the milk & cheese mixture and cook until thickened.
  • Pour the sauce over the leeks and top with the breadcrumbs. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.

13 ounces pasta, any shape, I used large macaroni
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 leek, chopped
6 mushrooms, sliced
7 ounces cheese, grated
2 ounces all-purpose flour
1 1/2 ounces butter
1 garlic clove, minced
3 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
5 -6 tomatoes, sliced
2 teaspoons dried herbs

Steps:

  • Cook the pasta in boiling water until al-dente and drain.
  • Meanwhile saute the leeks, bacon and mushrooms in a pan until soft and cooked. Put to one side. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic clove taking care not to let it.
  • start to burn. Add the flour bit by bit to create a roux (paste).
  • Bit by bit add the milk stirring all the time (you might want to change to a whisk) until you have a smooth white sauce. Add 3/4 of the grated cheese and the mustard and stir until melted.
  • Stir the leek mixture and the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour into a baking dish, top with the remaining cheese and sliced tomatoes and spinkle with herbs.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-30 mintues until hot and bubbling.
