EASY GARLIC BUTTER CHEESY CRESCENT ROLLS
Another easy recipe from my FB friends! And absolutely delish! I wish I had thought of something so simple and yummy to add to any Italian dish! Made these for the family and 1 package was NOT enough! lol. Enjoy!

- 1. What you will need.
- 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil.
- 3. In a small sauce pan, melt the butter, then add the garlic and parsley, saute for 1-2 min. on lowest heat.
- 4. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Place a string cheese horizontally at the bottom of the triangle, fold in the sides and roll up to form a croissant-shaped rolls
- 5. Brush the top with the garlic herb butter.
- 6. Bake for 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve immediately.

- In a heavy, small saucepan combine garlic, broth, and wine.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
- Boil gently, uncovered, over medium heat about 25 minutes or until garlic is tender and 1/3 of the liquid remains.
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Place roll in a greased 8x8x2 inch baking pan.
- Cut an"X" about 1/2 inch deep in the top of each roll, spreading each roll open slightly.
- Spoon garlic cloves and shredded cheese into the opening, pressing garlic and cheese lightly into rolls.
- Drizzle remaining broth mixture over rolls.
- Brush outside of rolls with olive oil.
- Bake 8-10 mintes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
- Makes 6 appetizer servings.

- 1. In a small heavy saucepan, combine garlic, broth, and wine. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Boil gently, uncovered, over medium heat about 25 minutes or until garlic is tender and 1/3 cup of the liquid remains. Set aside to cool.
- 2. Place rolls (do not separate rolls) in a greased 8x8x2-inch baking pan. Cut an X about 1/2 inch deep into the top of each roll; spread each roll open slightly. Spoon garlic gloves and shredded cheese into the openings in rolls, pressing each down lightly. Drizzle broth mixture over rolls. Brush outsides of rolls with olive oil.
- 3. Bake in a preheated 325º oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
CHEESY GARLIC PULL APART ROLLS
These bite-sized rolls are full of cheesy goodness! Always a hit when I serve them!

- Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9-inch glass pie plate with non-stick spray. Set aside. Remove biscuit dough from cans, and cut each biscuit in half. Roll each half of dough into a ball and then place in a medium bowl. Pour melted butter over the balls of dough, and then sprinkle evenly with the Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Gently stir and toss dough to coat with butter and seasonings. Sprinkle the cheese over the dough balls and gently toss to combine. Pour mixture into the prepared pie plate; arrange in one even layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden-brown and cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm!
