- Wash chicken wings and pat dry.
- In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- In another bowl, melt butter in microwave.
- Dip chicken wings first in melted butter, then in crumb mixture.
- Arrange chicken wings in single layer in lightly oiled baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until lightly brown.

- Mix salt and curry in a small cup. Rub the chicken wings with the mixture. Put them in a large pan, pour the vinegar in, stir with hands until all wings are in vinegar. Set the chicken wings in the fridge to marinate for 3 hours. When they're ready to cook, place them in a deep greasy roasting tin and send to the preheated oven. Cook for 20 minutes at 440 ºF (230 ºC). Meanwhile mix the butter and dry herbs. Take out the chicken wings, smear with the butter/herbs mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Return them to the oven to cook for 10 min more. Serve cheesy chicken wings with dry wine!

- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and done.
