1 can of Crescent rolls
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb shredded chicken
4 oz grated cheese

Steps:

  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. In a bowl mix canned chicken(drained) with some cheese and one spoonfull of the cream of chicken soup. The chicken will be in big chunks you can shred them with a fork and then fluff it. Roll out your cresent rolls and separate them. Place a fork full of the chicken mixture into the large portion of the cresents. Once all the cresents have chicken in then carefully roll the cresent around the chicken and place in the baking dish. In a pan combine the cream of chicken soup with about a half can of milk, this will be the sauce that goes over the chicken cresent when done. Bake according to directions on package.

8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
2 (8 count) refrigerated crescent rolls

Steps:

  • Boil or bake chicken till done. Cut into cubes. In saucepan over medium-low heat, heat soup, milk, and 1 cup cheese until cheese is melted; stir to blend. Pour 1/2 of soup mixture into lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Separate crescent rolls into triangles. Place some chicken onto large end of crescent, and top with a sprinkle of cheese. Roll up and place in soup mixture. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes, until crescents are lightly browned. Pour remaining soup mixture over crescents, and sprinkle any leftover chicken and/or cheese over top. Return to oven until rolls are browned.
