6 cups fresh broccoli florets
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • Place broccoli, cheese and onion in a large bowl. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; toss with broccoli mixture., Refrigerate, covered, at least 4 hours. Stir in bacon just before serving.

3 cups small fresh broccoli florets
3 medium apples, chopped
1/2 cup chopped mixed dried fruit
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1/2 cup reduced-fat plain yogurt
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apples, dried fruit and onion. Add yogurt; toss to coat. Sprinkle with bacon. Refrigerate until serving.

4 cups small diced broccoli florets
2 small gala apples (, cored and diced)
1 cup walnuts
1 cup matchstick carrots (, roughly chopped)
1/2 cup golden raisins or dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped red onion
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup Hellman's or Best Foods Mayonnaise ((full fat))
1 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp honey
Salt

Steps:

  • In a medium mixing bowl whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey and season with salt to taste (about 1/4 tsp). Chill until ready to use.
  • In a salad bowl toss together broccoli, apples, walnuts, carrots, raisins or cranberries and red onion. Pour in dressing and toss until evenly coated.

6 medium tart apples, chopped
3 cups broccoli florets
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the apples, broccoli, onion and raisins. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice and salt; pour over apple mixture and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, stir in the bacon and walnuts.

7 cups broccoli florets
2 small tart apples, cored and diced
1/3 cup chopped red onion
6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, diced
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 cup mayonnaise, lowfat ok
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • place broccoli flowerets, diced apples, onion, diced cheese and pecans in a large bowl.
  • In a seperate bowl, stir the mayo, vinegar and sugar well. Pour over the salad and mix well.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
