1 pound ground beef
2 Tablespoons ketchup
1 Tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
6 flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes (diced)
1 cup shredded lettuce (toppings)
1/2 cup sliced dill pickles (toppings)

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, brown hamburger until no longer pink.
  • Add ketchup, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper.
  • Cook for about 2 minutes, until all combined.
  • Take a tortilla and line the middle with a small amount of cheddar cheese.
  • Add some cooked hamburger beef and then top with your favorite hamburger toppings. (We listed some of our favorites)
  • Roll the tortilla up and tuck in the ends (like a burrito).
  • You can either eat as is or throw on a grill (or even an indoor grill- like a George Foreman grill) for 2-4 minutes (just until you see grill marks).

1 pound lean ground turkey
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (such as French's®)
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, or to taste
¼ cup bacon bits (such as Hormel®)
2 tablespoons diced jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
7 light flatbreads (such as Flatout®)
28 dill pickle slices
3 ½ cups fresh spinach
7 slices pepper Jack cheese (such as Borden®)

Steps:

  • Mix turkey with Worcestershire sauce and Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
  • Cook bacon bits, jalapeno pepper, and minced garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat until bacon bits start to stick, about 4 minutes. Add the turkey mixture; cook and stir until no pink remains, about 4 minutes.
  • Place 2 ounces of turkey mixture in each flatbread. Place 4 pickle slices, 1/2 cup spinach, and 1 pepper Jack cheese slice in each wrap.

GRILLED CHEESEBURGER WRAPS



Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps image

This a recent find. It's really tasty and easy.

1 lb ground beef or bison
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
1/4 c dried minced onion
pepper and salt to taste
5 flour tortillas (the large ones)
shredded cheddar cheese
sliced tomatoes
yellow mustard

Steps:

  • 1. Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried onion, and salt and pepper to the beef and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese down center of each tortilla. Add a few heaping tablespoons of the beef mixture on top of the cheese. Spread (or squirt) some yellow mustard on top of the beef along with some slices of tomato. Roll up tortilla burrito-style and place wraps on preheated indoor grill (I use my Cuisinart).
  • 2. Grill wraps for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Cut on a diagonal and serve immediately!
