1 (9 inch) refrigerated pie crusts
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can sloppy joe sandwich sauce
1 (8 2/3 ounce) can corn, drained
8 slices medium sharp cheddar cheese
paprika
red and yellow bell pepper (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Lightly spray the bottom of a 11-in tart pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Roll out pie crust to 12-inches.
  • Press crust into bottom and sides of tart pan; trim edges.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown; remove from ovena nd cool.
  • In medium skillet, brown ground beef with onions over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink; drain fat.
  • Add seasonings, sauce and corn to ground beef mixture.
  • Place four slices of cheese on bottom of baked crust.
  • Add meat filling and top with remaining 4 slices of cheese.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with slices of red and yellow peppers or whole petite peppers, if desired.

1 bag frozen tater tot, thawed
½ cup onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon worcestershire
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, grated
cherry tomato, sliced
pickle, sliced
romaine lettuce, chopped
sesame seed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a greased muffin tin, place five tater tots into each cup. Press the tater tots with a spoon into a cup shape.
  • Bake the tot cups for 25 minutes. Allow to cool for five minutes.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the onion and garlic.
  • Then brown the ground beef and then drain on paper towels.
  • Add in the Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the burger mixture into each cup. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Allow your burger cups to cool slightly before topping.
  • Top your burger cups with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pickles, and sesame seeds.
  • Enjoy!

1 lb ground beef
1/2 pkg onion soup mix
4 slice american cheese
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 refrigerated pie crust

Steps:

  • 1. Bake pre-made or home made pie crust in tart pan (or pie dish) for about 10 minutes at 350. Let cool.
  • 2. While pie crust is baking ground beef, drain, add about a half a package of onion soup mix.
  • 3. Add 4 slices of american cheese to the bottom of the pie crust, add the ground beef and top with shredded cheese. Baked for about 20 minutes.

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tube (12 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup cubed Velveeta

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from the heat; set aside., Press each biscuit onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin cup. Spoon beef mixture into cups; top with cheese cubes. Bake at 400° for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Freeze option: Freeze cooled pastries in a freezer container, separating layers with waxed paper. To use, thaw pastries in the refrigerator for 8 hours. Reheat on a baking sheet in a preheated 375° oven until heated through.
