1 slice white bread
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 teaspoon Pantry Club Gourmet Bacon Cheddar Dill Dip Seasoning
3 slices turkey breast
3 slices tomato

Steps:

  • Mix Pantry Club Gourmet Bacon Cheddar Dill Dip Seasoning with cream cheese. Spread wheat bread with cream cheese mixture, then top with turkey, tomatoes and white bread. Cut sandwich into 3 horizontal strips; then 3 vertical strips to make 9 squares. Turn 4 or 5 of the squares upside down. Arrange squares on plate,alternating colors to resemble a checkerboard. Option: This can be done with a variety of breads (pumpernickel, rye, etc.), just choose bread with different colors.

2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter (or smooth)
1 slice whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons grape jelly (or your favorite jam)
4 goldfish crackers

Steps:

  • Spread the white bread with peanut butter.
  • Spread the whole wheat bread with jelly.
  • Put the two pieces of bread together.
  • Cut sandwich into quarters. Turn over 2 quarters.
  • Place back together on plate to resemble checkerboard.
  • Top each quarter with 1 Goldfish cracker.
  • Serves 1.
