2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter
1 seasoning, packet (traditional chex brand party mix seasoning packet)
4 cups , your favorite chex brand cereals (corn, rice, and or or wheat)
1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 cup prezel stick

Steps:

  • Microwave Directions: In large microwave-safe bowl melt margarine on high 30 to 45 seconds. Stir in seasoning pack. Gradually add cereals, nuts, and pretzels, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Microwave on high 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring every minute. Spread on absorbent paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
  • Conventional: Preheat oven to 225 degrees. In 2 quart baking dish melt margarine in oven. Stir in seasoning pack. Gradually add cereals, nuts and pretzels, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Bake 30 minutes.
  • Store in air tight conainer.

This is a great snack mix. Wherever I bring this, I am asked for the recipe. You can't stop eating it!

1 (12 ounce) package crispy corn and rice cereal
5 ounces slivered almonds
6 ounces toasted, chopped pecans
¾ cup butter
¾ cup dark corn syrup
1 ½ cups light brown sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Lightly grease a large roasting pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix crispy corn and rice cereal, slivered almonds and toasted, chopped pecans.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and mix with dark corn syrup and light brown sugar. Pour the mixture over the crispy corn and rice cereal mixture. Stir and shake to coat all the nuts and cereal.
  • Pour the coated mixture into the prepared roasting pan. Stirring approximately every 15 minutes, cook 1 hour in the preheated oven. Cool on wax paper, and store in airtight containers.

½ cup peanut butter
2 cups crushed graham crackers
⅓ cup white sugar
¼ cup butter
3 ½ cups cold milk
1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed

Steps:

  • Place peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave until smooth and creamy, 20 to 30 seconds. Stir graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter into peanut butter until evenly combined. Transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish and press to form a crust. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
  • Beat milk and pudding mix together in a bowl until thick and creamy; pour over crust. Top pie with whipped topping to serve.

This is the Thanksgiving meal that Charlie Brown served his friends. Snoopy was in charge of the toast and popcorn.

1 loaf white bread
1 cup butter
1 cup popcorn
1 tablespoon coconut oil
salt

Steps:

  • Toast bread in toaster.
  • Butter toast, stack high.
  • In large pot, over medium high heat, melt coconut oil.
  • Add in popcorn kernels and cover.
  • Shake pot virgorously.
  • When popping begins, lift cover off just a smidge so steam escapes but popcorn does not.
  • When popping slows to 1 kernel per second, remove from heat.
  • Add salt and pour into a large bowl. Add butter if desired.
  • Enjoy!
