Steps:
- In 9x13" oblong pyrex baking dish mix rice and soups together.
- (Do not add any water or milk.) When thoroughly mixed, even out in pan and place chicken on top.
- Bake covered at 275 degrees F.
- for 3 hours.
- Remove the cover the last 1/2 hour for browning.

- Arrange chicken on a cookie sheet. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, water and onion soup mix together and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and seal edges. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes.

- place chicken in sprayed crock pot
- sprinkle each breast with seasoning.
- place a slice of cheese on each.
- combine soup and sour cream in a saucepan and heat through enough to be well blended
- spoon over chicken.
- sprinkle stuffing mix on top
- drizzle melted butter evenly over stuffing.
- cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours (i found five hours to long in my crock pot so i would try four.).

ANNIVERSARY CHICKEN I
I made this chicken for 100 people at my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary party. Boy, was it a hit!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts, and saute 4 to 5 minutes each side, until lightly browned.
- Place browned chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Brush with teriyaki sauce, then spoon on salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese, green onions and bacon bits.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Garnish with parsley and serve.
