Delicious & easy cream cheese dip - perfect with crackers & OH SO GOOD! :) I iike to make this in the summer months - it's fast & easy and very tasty.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (I use light)
1 -2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (or to taste)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
1 (8 ounce) canned tuna, drained (or you can use a can of salmon, drained, instead! both are great!)

Steps:

  • Mix all together & refrigerate a few hours or overnight for the best flavor! Serve with your favorite crackers or melba toast! Enjoy!

1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and chunked
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 green onions, including tops,cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dried dill weed
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
fresh raw vegetables, for dipping

Steps:

  • In food processor bowl with metal blade, place tuna, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, onions, dill, lemon juice, garlic salt and white pepper.
  • Pulse on and off until blended.
  • Pour into small bowl; chill several hours or overnight before serving with vegetables.

1 (12 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained
1 -2 jalapeno chile, seeded and stemmed
1 green onion, green part only
1 piece celery
1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt
pepper
4 leaves cilantro

Steps:

  • Blend tuna, jalapenos, green onion and celery in food processor or blender. Do not puree. Blend in mayonnaise and salt & pepper to taste. Blend to desired consistency. Sprinkle with cilantro.
