2 cups unsweetened instant tea
2 packages (3 ounce size) orange-pineapple flavored gelatin
1 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon coconut extract

Steps:

  • In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until blended well. TO SERVE: Stir 2 Tb. mix in mug of hot water. Can serve cold too!
