CAPT DEE'S EASY GRILLED PORK LOIN
You can use gas grill if you have 3 rows of burners. Use front and back only and put loin in middle. Timing may be a little quicker so you'll have to keep eye on temperature.

Steps:
- Wash loin and pat dry
- Finely chop the Rosemary and Thyme (at least a tablespoon each) and sprinkle over entire loin and rub on. Finely chop the entire bunch of Parsley and pat on the loin. Do this a minimum of 1 hr before you put on grill. I like to do it the night before and get a little more flavor.
- Fix your charcoal grill so you have 2 rows of briquets. Place loin lengthwise between rows of briquets, not directly over them. This way the loin can cook with indirect heat. Turn every 6-7 minutes basting with honey mustard dressing until internal temperature reaches 145 - 150 (use meat thermometer) this usually takes around 50 minutes. Take off grill and let rest at least 10 minutes, it will keep cooking so don't let it reach over 150 before you take it off or it will be dry. Slice and enjoy:)

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine salad dressing and soy sauce; add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for up to 4 hours. , Drain and discard marinade. Rub pork with steak seasoning. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. , Prepare grill for indirect heat. EASY GRILLED PORK CHOPS

- Begin by making the marinade. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, oil, vinegar, cumin and red pepper flakes. Easy, right?
- Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper and place in a re-sealable plastic bag with the marinade. Let rest on the counter for 1 hour. That's easy.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Remove the pork chops from the bag and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook until the pork chop releases from the grill, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for another 3 minutes. If using a grill pan, be sure to do in batches so you don't steam the chops. And don't worry if you have neither; you can do this in a pan. See, easy!

- Heat the grill. Preheat your grill to 350 degrees F for 2-zone cooking (one indirect side of heat, one direct heat side).
- Prep the roast. Trim any excess silverskin. You can leave a small fat cap on the top of the roast. Drizzle the roast with olive oil and season with chicken seasoning.
- Grill the pork loin. Place the seasoned pork loin directly on the grill grates over indirect heat. Cook the roast for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
- Rest, slice, and serve. Remove the pork from the grill and allow to rest for 15 minutes. Slice into 1/4 inch slices and serve.
