8 ounces white baking chocolate, divided
1-1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup crisp rice cereal
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup salted peanuts
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup red candied cherries

Steps:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt six squares of white chocolate with the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Stir in the cereal, marshmallows and peanuts. , Spread into a 10-in. circle on a greased pizza pan or foil-covered cardboard cake circle., Sprinkle with coconut and top with cherries. Melt remaining white chocolate; drizzle over pizza. Refrigerate until set.

1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 package (12-ounce size) miniature semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
1 cup sweetened whipped cream
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup flaked or shredded coconut, toasted
1/2 cup candy-coated chocolate candies

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour and baking soda (dough will be stiff). Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spread or pat dough in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan or on cookie sheet.
  • Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown; cool in pan.
  • Just before serving, spread cookie with whipped cream. Top with walnuts, coconut and candies. Cut into wedges. Immediately refrigerate any remaining cookie after serving.

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup shredded or flaked coconut, if desired, tinted orange
1 cup miniature marshmallow
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

1 egg
1 quart chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup ice cream topping, butterscotch caramel, fudge, marshmallow, warmed (why not try a mix?)
2 cups cut up candy bars (chocolate bars, toffee, peanut butter, whatever you want!)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries (optional)
whipped cream (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil, and egg. Stir until combined.

12 ounces miniature M&M's chocolate candies, divided (or 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup M&Ms)
2 cups candy bars, cut up (I use Snickers and Butterfingers, but use any you like)
2/3 cup coconut, fine or 2/3 cup coconut, flaked
1 (12 ounce) jar caramel topping (or 1 bag caramels, melted)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cream shortening, then combine thoroughly with sugars.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  • Sift together the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Stir into batter.
  • Stir in 1/2 of the M&Ms (or 1 cup chocolate chips.)
  • Spread batter onto a 14" lightly greased pizza pan.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  • Remove pan, and spread candy bar pieces evenly over pizza while hot.
  • Top with coconut.
  • Return to oven, and bake additional 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir the candy pieces and coconut together on the pizza, with a fork, just to blend.
  • Drizzle on melted caramels or caramel topping.

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips, divided
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup coarsely chopped candy (such as Crunch or Butterfinger)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375*. Lightly grease a 12-14 inch pizza pan or a 15 1/2x10 1/2 inch baking pan.
  • In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  • In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  • Beat in egg and vanilla.
  • Gradually beat in flour mixture, stir in 1 cup chocolate chips.
  • Spread in prepared pan, bake 20-24 minutes, until lightly browned.
  • Immediately sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over crust; drop on peanut butter by spoonfuls.
  • Let stand 5 minutes, or until chips become shiny and soft. Gently spread chocolate and peanut butter evenly over crust.
  • Decorate pizza with candy.
  • Cut into wedges; serve warm.

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 package (12-ounce size) miniature semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
1 cup sweetened whipped cream
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup flaked or shredded coconut, toasted
1/2 cup candy-coated chocolate candies

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour and baking soda (dough will be stiff). Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spread or pat dough in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan or on cookie sheet.
  • Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown; cool in pan.
  • Just before serving, spread cookie with whipped cream. Top with walnuts, coconut and candies. Cut into wedges. Immediately refrigerate any remaining cookie after serving.

1/2 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c peanut butter
2 c chocolate chips
2 c crushed candy bars (butterfingers, heath and snickers work best)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Grease a pizza pan.
  • 3. Cream butter and sugars.
  • 4. Add egg and vanilla.
  • 5. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.
  • 6. Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
  • 7. Bake 20 minutes.
  • 8. Melt peanut butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips. Spread over cookie crust.
  • 9. Top with crushed candy bars.

  • Melt 28 ounces (about 5 cups) chocolate candy coating with 3 tablespoons solid vegetable shortening in the top of a double boiler or in a bowl that fits snugly over a saucepan. The water in the bottom pan should be hot, but not boiling. Stir the mixture frequently with a wooden or plastic spoon until melted. Spread in 12-inch round foil pan.Arrange about 2 cups toppings such as candied red and green cherry halves, pecan halves and coconut over pizza, pressing as needed. Drizzle with White Chocolate Glaze or Vanilla Glaze (see below). Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm.Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Overwrap with foil to retain freshness. Store in a cool place.White Chocolate GlazeMelt 2 ounces cut-up white chocolate or white candy coating with 1/2 teaspoon solid vegetable shortening in the top of a double boiler or in a bowl that fits snugly over a saucepan. The water in the bottom pan should be hot, but not boiling. Stir the mixture frequently with a wooden or plastic spoon until melted. If mixture is too thick to drizzle, add an additional 1/4 teaspoon solid vegetable shortening.Vanilla GlazeIn a small bowl, stir 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons water, 1/2 teaspoon solid vegetable shortening and 1 drop vanilla extract until blended. Stir in a tiny drop of yellow food color if desired, (Dip a wooden pick into food color, then dip into glaze.)
