CAESAR VEGETABLE DIP
Cool, creamy and easy all describe this tasty, tangy dip. The 5-minute prep time is a boon to busy cooks!

Steps:
- In small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and Caesar dressing until smooth. Stir in cheese. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes to blend flavors.
- Line serving bowl with lettuce leaf. Spoon dip into bowl. Sprinkle with crushed croutons. Serve with vegetables.

I love this with all kinds of vegetables. I am not a big fan of anchovies so I only use 2 ounces. I took this to a party and it didn't lost long. 7/19/15

Steps:
- 1. In a blender or food processor, blend together first six ingredients.
- 2. Put into serving dish, stir in capers and parmesan cheese, cover, and refrigerate until serving.
- 3. If desired, top with additional drained capers before serving.
