Thanks to the Bevvie Tag Gang, I'm having a ton of fun experimenting! This one tastes kind of like an adult chocolate milk with a splash of coffee and a little kick from the vodka! Enjoy!

Steps:
- Stir all together in a pyrex glass measuring cup, or what ever you have. (Use shot glasses to measure, though.).
- Fill glass with ice.
- Pour mixture over ice.
- For extra fun, hang a small scoop of chocolate or coffee ice cream on the rim of the glass!

- In a microwave or large metal bowl over simmering water, melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips; stir until smooth. Gently stir in noodles., Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate 10-15 minutes or until set.

- Put the butter in a medium saucepan and add both sugars. Cook over medium heat until the butter is melted, whisking to combine, then cook, stirring constantly with a heatproof spatula or a wooden spoon, until the butterscotch begins to smoke, 5 to 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking and stirring until the butterscotch is very dark and registers 300°F (150°C)-or very slightly above-on an instant-read thermometer, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and very carefully whisk in the water to stop the cooking. Whisk in the cream, then whisk in the milk, rum, if using, and salt. Gently reheat over low heat, stirring (the acid in the sugars will cause the mixture to break if overheated). Drink right away, or pour into a Thermos for sipping later.
- Do Ahead: The butterscotch drink can be made ahead, cooled, transferred to a lidded container, and refrigerated for up to 5 days. Reheat as instructed in step 2 above.

- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a large baking sheet with a Silpat baking mat or parchment paper and set aside.In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt. Set aside.Using a stand mixer, cream butter and sugars together for about 3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined. With the mixer on low, slowly add dry ingredients. Stir in butterscotch chips and chocolate chunks. Form the cookie dough into balls, about 2 tablespoons of dough. Place on prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes or until edges are slightly golden brown. Remove from oven and let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a wire cooling rack and cool completely.

- Butter a 15x10x1-in. pan with 1 teaspoon butter; set aside. Cube remaining butter and set aside., In a heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, water and corn syrup. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat without stirring. Cook, uncovered, until a candy thermometer reads 270° (soft-crack stage). Add the honey, salt and remaining butter; stir constantly until the mixture reaches 300° (hard-crack stage)., Remove from the heat. Stir in the rum extract. Pour into prepared pan without scraping; do not spread. Cool until the candy is almost set, 1-2 minutes. Score into 1-in. squares; cool completely. Break squares apart.
