Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg whites. Beat in peanut butter and vanilla. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in candy bars. , Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls and place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.

- Cream the butter or margarine with the sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg.
- Sift the flour, baking soda and salt together. Toss the Butterfinger pieces with the flour mixture.
- Stir the flour and Butterfinger mixture into the egg mixture. Mix until combined. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.

- 1. In a jar layer the above ingredients IN ORDER.....Seal Jar tightly.
- 2. If giving as a gift, attaching the following instructions: Butterfinger Cookies: 1 cup unsalted butter 1 large egg Contents of jar or tin Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat butter until smooth with electric mixer. Add egg, and beat until combined. Add contents of the jar or tin, and blend on low. Form cookies into 1 1/2-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are golden. PEANUT BUTTERFINGER CHUNK COOKIES
Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
- 3. STEEL KNIFE: (Food Processor recipe) Blend sugars, butter, egg whites and vanilla until fluffy, stopping once to scrape down sides of work bowl, about 1 minute.
- 4. Add peanut butter and process until combined, about 20 seconds.
- 5. Add flour, baking soda and salt and blend until just combined using 2 to 3 on/off turns; do not overprocess.
- 6. Transfer to large bowl and stir in chopped butterfingers.
- 7. Mound dough by 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- 8. Flatten slightly using fingers and bake until dry in appearance and centers are still slightly soft to touch, about 15 minutes.
- 9. Cool on cookie sheets 3 minutes.
- 10. Transfer to rack and cool completely.
- 11. Store in airtight container. (Can be prepared ahead--store 4 days at room temperature or freeze 3 weeks.)

- In a large bowl (using a hand mixer or stand mixer with paddle attachment) cream together the butter and sugars on medium speed until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in peanut butter, then egg, then vanilla. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Slowly mix the dry into the wet ingredients. Fold in the quick oats, chopped Butterfingers, and chocolate chips. Chill for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
- Roll balls of dough (about 2 tbsp.) and place on the prepared baking sheet, leaving an inch or two of space in between. Gently press the top of the dough down, just a smidge. Bake 8-10 minutes (not longer!)-they will look underdone but will firm up as they cool. Cool on sheet for 10 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to a week, cookies also freeze well.

- Stir together flour, soda and salt and set aside. In a mixing bowl, Beat butter for about 30 seconds, just to cream it a bit. Add sugars and peanut butter. Beat until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla, beat well. Add flour mixture and mix until all combined.
- fold in your chopped Butterfinger bars.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls then roll balls in granulated sugar
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and crisscross with a fork. You know what I'm talking about, the marks you make for peanut butter cookies. Don't place cookies too close together, these spread....alot.
- Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 9-10 minutes, I cook mine for 9 1/2 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Remove to racks to cool completely.
