BURGER MUSHROOM BAKE
This recipe was passed to me by my sister back in the mid 60's and have been making it ever since as have my children and now my older grandchildren. Needless to say it is a long time family favorite. We like these served this with either rice or egg noodles along with the gravy that is created in the pan during baking. ENJOY..!! :)

Steps:
- Combine 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients; except water and mix thoroughly.
- Shape into 6 patties.
- Place in 12x8x2 inch shallow baking dish.
- BAKE: 350ºF for 30 minutes.
- Spoon off fat.
- Combine remaining soup and water; pour over meat.
- BAKE: 10 minutes more.

This is my modification of the Cheeseburger bake on the Jiffy mix box. It's an easy, tasty meal that is a big hit with my family and friends.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine biscuit mix and water into dough.
- Spread in the bottom of a 9X13 pan sprayed with cooking spray (make sure to press the edges up like a pizza crust) Brown and drain the ground beef.
- Chop onion and fry in hamburger pan until clear.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, onion and ground beef and spread over unbaked crust Top with sliced mushrooms (or shredded cheese or any special seasonings your family likes.) Bake for 15-17 minutes, or unil raised edges of crust are golden brown.
