STUFFED BURGER BUNDLES
Great dinner I serve this with a tossed green salad! For my family I normally have to double this recipe! It is a hit and delicious!

Steps:
- Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
- Combine evaporated milk and meat; divide into 5 patties.
- On waxed paper, pat each to a 6 inch circle.
- Put 1/4 cup of stuffing in the center of each; draw meat over stuffing.
- Seal; place in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
- Bake, uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes.

- Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the milk, salt and thyme. Crumble beef over milk mixture and mix well. Shape mixture into eight thin patties. Divide stuffing among four patties; top with remaining patties and press edges firmly to seal., Place in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160° and juices run clear., For sauce, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients; heat through. Serve with burgers.

- Place in an 8x8-inch pan.
- Add the soup (undiluted).
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Baste several times.

- 1. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the milk, salt and thmye. Crumble beef over milk mixture and mix well. Shape mixture into eight thin patties. Divide stuffing between four patties; top with remaining patties and press edges firmly to seal.
- 2. Place in an ungreased 13-in.x9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees and juices run clear.
- 3. For sauce, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients; het through. Serve over burgers.
BURGER BUNDLES
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Work milk with beef and mix in onion.
- Separate beef into 6 flat patties. Add a large spoonful of stuffing onto the center of each patty. Pull meat around stuffing and pinch closed. In a bowl combine soup, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Pour on top of the patties.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
