15 oz chickpeas, 3 cans, drained and rinsed
5 tablespoons buffalo sauce
4 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 ½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¾ cup vegan mayonnaise
1 ½ tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
1 ½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
⅛ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
12 slider buns
6 leaves romaine lettuce
12 slices tomato
12 slices red onion

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, buffalo sauce, vegan mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and mash well with a fork or potato masher until the mixture has a chunky consistency.
  • To make the ranch dressing, combine vegan mayonnaise, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, parsley, and dill to a liquid measuring cup and whisk until smooth.
  • Use a large bread knife to cut the whole sheet of slider buns in half crosswise. Remove the top and set aside. Spread the buffalo chickpea mixture on the bottom half of the slider buns, then top with lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the top.
  • Place the top half of the slider buns back on top. Then slice between the buns to make 12 sliders.

12 rolls dinner rolls, 1 pack
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
¾ cup hot sauce
½ cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Carefully slice the pack of dinner rolls in half, being sure to keep the rolls connected as a single units as they are split into tops and bottoms.
  • Remove the top and place the bottom section in a 9x12 inch (23x30 cm) baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the bottom with about 1 cup (100 g) of the shredded mozzarella cheese (make sure it is evenly coated as this will act as a barrier between the sauce and the bread, preventing the rolls from getting soggy).
  • Top the cheese with the shredded rotisserie chicken. Drizzle the hot sauce and ranch dressing evenly over the chicken and spread out evenly with a spoon. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Place the top half of the rolls on top and brush evenly with melted butter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melty and the rolls have heated through.
  • Remove from oven, cool slightly before transferring to a cutting board.
  • Using a large knife, follow the lines of the rolls, cutting them into 12 individual sliders.

¾ cup butter
¾ cup hot sauce
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons garlic powder
4 chicken breasts
1 package dinner roll, (12 rolls)
1 bunch green leaf lettuce
2 cups coleslaw, thinly sliced cabbage and carrots
½ cup blue cheese dressing, or ranch dressing
1 small package blue cheese crumbles

Steps:

  • Combine the butter, hot sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire, and garlic powder to create your buffalo sauce (or substitute with two cups of premade buffalo sauce).
  • Place four chicken breasts in your slow cooker and cover with the sauce.
  • Cook on high heat for four hours.
  • When the chicken has finished cooking, shred the chicken breasts with two forks.
  • On the side, mix together the coleslaw veggie mix and blue cheese dressing.
  • To assemble your sliders, layer dinner rrolls, green leaf lettuce, buffalo chicken, blue cheese coleslaw, and blue cheese crumbles.

1 cup liquid smoke
6 ounces dark, heavy beer
2 ounces chile flakes
2 ounces sea salt
2 ounces Italian seasoning
1 ounce freshly ground black pepper
4 bay leaves
2 racks buffalo ribs (about 5 pounds each)
4 cups ketchup
1 cup honey
2 ounces cayenne
2 ounces horseradish
2 ounces brown sugar
2 ounces liquid smoke
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • For the marinade: In a large bowl, mix 1 cup water, the liquid smoke, beer, chile flakes, sea salt, Italian seasoning, pepper and bay leaves. Place the ribs in a hotel pan and pour the marinade over. Marinate the ribs overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Bake the ribs in the oven, semi-slow and low, for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
  • Pull out the ribs, and rest them for 1 hour, reserving any liquids at the bottom of the pan.
  • For the sauce: In a large bowl mix the au jus from the baked ribs, the ketchup, honey, cayenne, horseradish, sugar, smoke and some salt and pepper.
  • Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F. To serve, grill to char the ribs, 5 to 8 minutes. Add on some of the barbecue sauce, and serve.

1 tomato, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
4 KRAFT Singles, halved
8 slider buns, split
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
24 baby spinach leaves

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush onions and tomatoes with oil. Grill 2 min., turning tomatoes after 1 min. Remove tomatoes from grill. Grill onions 6 min., turning after 3 min. Cool.
  • Meanwhile, mix meat and oregano; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 3 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), topping with Singles pieces and adding buns to the grill to toast for the last 2 min.
  • Chop onions and tomatoes; place in medium bowl. Add vinegar and lemon juice; mix lightly. Spoon onto bottom halves of buns; cover with spinach, burgers and tops of buns.

2 packages (17 ounces each) Hawaiian sweet rolls
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, drained
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
24 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
GLAZE:
1 cup butter, cubed
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Without separating rolls, cut each package of rolls horizontally in half; arrange bottom halves in 2 greased 13x9-in. baking pans. Sprinkle each pan of rolls with 1 cup cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes., In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, breaking beef into crumbles, 6-8 minutes; drain. Stir in tomatoes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until combined, 1-2 minutes., Spoon beef mixture evenly over rolls; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with bacon. Replace tops. For glaze, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Microwave, covered, on high until butter is melted, stirring occasionally. Pour over rolls; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and heated through, 20-25 minutes. Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked sandwiches; prepare and freeze glaze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Pour glaze over buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake sandwiches as directed, increasing time by 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.
