BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER PIZZA WITH CELERY SEED CRUST
I love Buffalo cauliflower as a guilt-free alternative to Buffalo wings, so why not throw it on a pizza? The blue cheese drizzle and the Buffalo cauliflower combine for the perfect Buffalo wing experience in every bite. But my favorite part is the fresh and crunchy celery seed crust that acts as a pallet cleanser at the end of each slice.

Steps:
- Place a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Toss cauliflower with canola oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
- Roast cauliflower in the preheated oven until it starts to brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
- While the cauliflower is roasting, combine Buffalo sauce, Sriracha, and butter in a small pot over medium heat; bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer and cook until butter has completely dissolved, whisking to combine, about 1 minute. Remove from the heat.
- Remove cauliflower from the oven and toss with 1/2 of the hot Buffalo sauce.
- Increase the oven temperature to 500 degrees F (274 degrees C). Grease a rimless baking sheet.
- Combine tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt in a bowl; set red sauce aside.
- Dust a work surface with flour. Stretch dough out into a 10- to 12-inch circle. Transfer dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Spoon about 1/2 cup red sauce onto the dough, making sure to spread it out evenly. Add mozzarella cheese followed by the Buffalo cauliflower. Lightly brush the edge of the crust with just enough water to dampen, then sprinkle with celery seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crust starts to brown and cheese bubbles, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Drizzle pizza with remaining Buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing. Let cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve.
