5 cups uncooked whole wheat egg noodles
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 cups fat-free milk
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
4 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed
2 pouches (6.4 ounces each) albacore white tuna in water
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a shallow 3-qt. or 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. , Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender. In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch, milk and seasonings until smooth; stir into pan. Stir in broth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese until melted; stir in broccoli and tuna., Spoon over noodles; mix well. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake, covered, 45 minutes. Uncover and bake until cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes longer. Freeze option: Cool unbaked casserole; cover and freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake casserole as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through and for a thermometer inserted in center to read 165°.

1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup Progresso™ panko crispy bread crumbs
1/4 cup slivered almonds

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package, using minimum cook time. In ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir together soup, milk, tuna, mushrooms and cooked pasta.
  • Cover; bake 20 minutes. Remove casserole from oven. Cut up large pieces of broccoli; gently stir broccoli into tuna mixture. In small bowl, mix butter, bread crumbs and almonds; sprinkle over casserole. Bake about 30 minutes longer or until bubbly around edges.

2 carrots, sliced
1 cup chopped broccoli
3 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup

3 stalks celery, chopped
½ onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of slightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Add carrots and broccoli for 5 minutes or less before removing pasta; drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

12 reduced-fat round buttery crackers, coarsely crushed (about 1/3 cup)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for last 3 min.; drain. Combine pasta with tuna, cheddar cheese and mustard in large bowl.

1 (12 ounce) box macaroni shells and cheese, box dinner
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed broccoli cheese soup, undiluted (or can use cream of broccoli)
1/4 cup milk
12 ounces albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 -3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup breadcrumbs

Steps:

  • Prepare shells and cheese dinner according to package direction; drain but do not rinse.
  • Return cooked shells to hot pot.
  • Add in liquid cheese packet (from the shells & cheese dinner), condensed soup, milk, tuna, thawed broccoli, onion and garlic powder.

  • In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and breadcrumbs.

1- 8 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 can(s) tuna packed in water - drained well
1 -16 oz frozen broccoli florets - thawed and drained
4 Tbsp butter
6 Tbsp flour
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp dried minced onion flakes
salt and pepper to taste
2 c milk
1 can(s) french's fried onions

Steps:

  • 1. Cook and drain noodles in a large pan. Leave noodles in the pan. In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter. Add the flour and stir. Add salt and pepper. Add the dried onion flakes. Stir in 2 cups milk until thickened. Stir in the cheese and mushroom soup. Fold in the tuna. Add the broccoli to the noodles then stir in the sauce. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with French's Fried Onions. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

1 cup milk
1 (9 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 (2.8 ounce) can French-fried onions
6 (7 inch) flour tortillas
1 medium tomato, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Set aside. In another bowl, stir together the tuna, broccoli, 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese and half of the French fried onions. Stir in 3/4 cup of the soup.
  • Divide the tuna mixture evenly between the tortillas, and roll up. Place rolls seam side down in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the remaining soup over the rolls, and spread evenly using the back of a spoon. It will be a thin layer. Sprinkle the rest of the French fried onions over the soup, then the tomato, and finally the remaining Cheddar cheese. Cover with nonstick or lightly greased aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove the aluminum foil, and bake for 5 more minutes to allow the cheese to melt and brown slightly.

1/4 c cornstarch

¼ hot pepper sauce
2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes
2 cane tuna drained, flaked
1 packet 10 oz frozen thawed broccoli
8 oz elbow macaroni cooked 6 minutes and drained
1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese divided
1/2 c fresh bread crumbs

  • 1. Spray 1 quart casserole with cooking spray. In 2 quart saucepan melt ¼ cup of the margarine over medium heat.
  • 2. Add onion; saute 3 minutes. In small bowl stir corn starch, milk and hot pepper sauce until smooth; add to onions in saucepan.
  • 3. In large bowl combine sauce, tuna, broccoli, elbow macaroni and 1 cup of the cheese. Turn into prepared casserole.
  • 4. In small bowl combine bread crumbs, remaining ¼ cup cheese and remaining ¼ cup margarine, melted; sprinkle over casserole.

Mix the milk with the soup and pour on top of the tuna & broccoli. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Then place the biscuits on top of everything. Bake according to biscuit directions.
