I love to have this while camping as all the ingredients are so self contained: banana, small tub of yogurt, small bag of muesli, scroggin, or trail mix. Use any fresh fruit you like.

1 banana, halved lengthwise
1 (6 ounce) container plain yogurt
½ cup muesli cereal
¼ cup sliced strawberries, or to taste
¼ cup blueberries, or to taste

Steps:

  • Place banana in a serving bowl; spoon yogurt over the top. Sprinkle muesli over yogurt. Garnish with strawberries and blueberries.

1 cup reduced-fat small curd cottage cheese, divided
1 banana, sliced, divided
2 tablespoons crushed pineapple in juice, drained, divided
2 maraschino cherries with stems, divided

Steps:

  • Evenly divide cottage cheese in 2 serving bowls. Top each with half banana slices, half pineapple and 1 cherry.
