BRAZILIAN LIMEADE
The perfect, refreshing limeade, just in time for the heat of the summer.

Steps:
- In a blender, puree all ingredients until mostly smooth.
- Pour limeade through a strainer to remove any leftover lime rinds.
- Serve cold with ice.

The Baptist college I attended my freshman year had a special program where students from Brazil could come and study through a missions program. This is a recipe from Carolina, one of my best girlfriends. I love it because it's different from other limeade.

Steps:
- Wash limes thoroughly.
- Remove the zest and slice into eight wedges.
- Dump everything into a blender, pulsing 5 times.
- Serve over ice.

BRAZILIAN LIMEADE
Steps:
- Combine the water and limes in a blender, in batches if necessary, and blend until totally smooth, about 2 minutes. Strain the lime mixture through a sieve and press on the solids until only the pulp remains.
- Pour the liquid into a pitcher and add the sweetened condensed milk to taste. Cover and refrigerate until cold. Serve in glasses over ice.
