150g (5oz) cream cheese
75ml (5 tbsp) Greek yogurt

Steps:

  • Crumble the blue cheese into a mixing bowl.
  • Beat with a wooden spoon until softened.
  • Add the cream cheese and stir until well incorporated.
  • Stir in the Greek yogurt.
  • Season to taste and serve with vegetable crudites and crackers. Enjoy!

  • In medium bowl combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in blue cheese. Squeeze in lemon juice. Add a dash of hot pepper sauce and pepper. Add parsley and scallions. Stir to combine and serve.

4 ounces cream cheese, soft
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons brandy
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • Mash together or beat with mixer the butter and cheeses. Add all ingredients excpet nuts. Beat till smooth and fluffy. Fold in walnuts. Dip may be covered and stored in fridge, serve only slightly cool so you can spread it. More nuts may be added if desired.

1 pound blue cheese
4 ounces cream cheese
8 tablespoons softened sweet butter
1/4 cup Port
Fresh black pepper
2 cups chopped toasted walnuts

Steps:

  • In a food processor combine and process until smooth the blue cheese, cream cheese, butter and Port. Adjust seasoning and texture with more or less butter or Port. Season with pepper.
  • Transfer to the refrigerator (you can do 2 weeks before serving). 1 hour before serving, bring mixture to room temperature, fold in the nuts and transfer to smaller ramekins.
  • Serve with crackers, celery, fennel or jicama
