2 cups (16 ounces) fat-free raspberry yogurt or flavored yogurt of your choice
1 cup reduced-fat granola cereal
2 medium firm bananas, sliced
1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained

Steps:

  • In four parfait glasses or bowls, layer half of the yogurt, granola, bananas and oranges. Repeat layers. Serve immediately.

1/2 cup yogurt (vanilla or your choice)
1/4 cup cereal (crisped rice, cheerios or cornflakes are good-again your choice)

Steps:

  • Layer the ingredients into a glass or parfait dish beginning with the berries, then yogurt, and last cereal.
  • Repeat two more times to finish with a layer of ceral on top.
  • If you like top with a strawberry or berry of choice.
