8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sour cream
1 packet ranch mix
12 oz canned cooked chicken, drained (or 2 cups shredded chicken )
2 cups cheddar cheese (or Monterey jack, shredded, divided)
½ cup buffalo sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix and 1 cup of the cheese with a mixer.
  • Spread into the bottom of a 1 ½ qt baking dish.
  • Top with chicken, buffalo sauce, and remaining cheese.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing
¾ cup pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot®)
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces
1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers

Steps:

  • Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers.

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (from about 1/2 rotisserie chicken)
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup Buffalo-style hot sauce
6 ounces grated pepper jack (about 3 cups)
6 ounces grated mild Cheddar (about 3 cups)
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Rainbow baby carrots, celery sticks and assorted crackers and chips, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine the chicken, cottage cheese, hot sauce, pepper jack and Cheddar in a large bowl and mix well. Transfer to an 8-inch square baking dish, spreading it into an even layer. Sprinkle all over with the blue cheese and bake until hot and bubbly, about 35 minutes.
  • Serve warm with baby carrots, celery sticks, crackers and chips.

4 boneless chicken breasts, boiled, drained and shredded
1-12 oz. bottle Original Frank's Red Hot Sauce
2-8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
1-16 oz. bottle ranch dressing
1/2 cup chopped celery
8 oz shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat ove to 350 degrees Combine shredded chicken and hot sauce and spread in bottom of 9x13 pan. In large pan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and ranch dressing, stirring until smooth and hot. Pour this mixture over chicken. Sprinkle celery on top. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top and bake another 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly (do not let it get browned, or will be hard). Let stand 10 minutes. Serve w/celery sticks or tortilla chips.
