⅔ cup white sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
4 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
1 ¼ cups frozen blueberries, dry pack
⅔ cup white sugar
10 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup frozen blueberries, dry pack

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Thoroughly grease a 10 x 4 inch tube pan.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon. Cut biscuits in quarters, then roll each piece in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Arrange about 1/4 of the biscuit pieces and blueberries in an even layer in pan.
  • Place blueberries between biscuit pieces, creating a mosaic effect. Repeat three times with remaining biscuits and blueberries, covering blueberries of one layer with biscuits in next layer to avoid a column of blueberries.
  • In saucepan combine sugar, margarine, vanilla, cinnamon, and the additional cup of blueberries. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cook, stirring frequently until sugar is dissolved and margarine is melted. Pour over biscuits in pan.
  • Bake for 65 minutes or until done. Lift or turn out onto a cake plate.

2/3 c sugar
2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
4 pkg (10 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 1/4 c fresh or dry-pack frozen blueberries, rinsed and drained
2/3 c white or brown sugar (i like brown)
1 1/4 stick margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. Mix sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Cut biscuits in quarters; roll each in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  • 2. Arrange one fourth of the biscuits pieces and 1/4 cups blueberies in an even layer in a greased 10x4 inch tube pan., placing blueberries between buscuit pieces, creating a mosiac effect.
  • 3. Repeat three times with remaining biscuits and blueberries, covering blueberries of on layer with biscuits in nest layer to avoid a column of blueberries.
  • 4. Combine sugar, margarine, vanilla, remaining cinnamon and remaining blueberries in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook stirring frequently, until sugar is dissolved and margarine melted. Pour mixture over biscuits in pan. Bake at 350 for 65 minutes or until done. Turn out on cake plate.

pillsbury thin crust pizza dough, 22 oz
1/2 cup strawberry
1/2 cup blueberries
3 tablespoons sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray an 11-inch spring-form pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Place all berries, cream cheese, and 1 tablespoon of sugar into the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth (about 1 - 2minutes).
  • Lightly flour a surface, and roll out both pieces of Pillsbury Thin Crust Pizza Dough, side by side.
  • Spread both dough pieces evenly with the cream cheese mixture, leaving a 2-inch border of dough around the cream cheese.
  • Roll up both dough sections into a log -- jelly-roll style.
  • Trim off the ends of each roll to make them neat, and then,

1/2 c sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 can(s) pillsbury grands refrigerated blueberry biscuits
1/3 c blueberry jam
1/2 c blueberries
1 c powdered sugar
3-4 Tbsp milk

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 inch pan with shortening or cooking spray. In large reseal able food-storage plastic bag mix sugar and cinnamon.
  • 2. Separate dough into 16 biscuits; cut each into quarters. Shake in bag to coat. Arrange in pan covering bottom of pan completely. Top with blueberries. In small microwavable bowl, microwave jam uncovered on High 15-30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over biscuits.
  • 3. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in center. Cool 10 minutes. In medium bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk and drizzle over top .

Unroll biscuits and cut into quarters.
In a large bowl, mix 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. softened butter, and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon until crumbly. Add quartered biscuits and stir gently to coat.
In a medium saucepan, mix 1 can blueberry pie filling and 1 stick of butter. Bring to a boil and stir for 2 min. Remove from heat.
Pour blueberry sauce over biscuit mixture and stir gently to combine.
Pour biscuits and sauce into a greased 6-cup bundt pan. Place the bundt pan on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min, or until golden brown.
While bread is baking, prepare icing by mixing powdered sugar, cream cheese, half & half, and lemon juice until smooth.
Remove bread from oven and cool 5-10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
Drizzle with icing; serve warm.
