1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons sugar
2 -3 tablespoons flour
1 (12 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 -2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour

Steps:

  • FOR CHEESE CAKE TOPPING:.
  • In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients for topping and set aside.
  • FOR BROWNIE:.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F; grease a 9x13-inch glass pan**.
  • In a small bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the olive oil in the microwave, set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Slowly beat in chocolate.
  • Add vanilla and 1 egg at a time until combined.
  • Add flour and beat until just combined, do not over mix.
  • Pour brownie mix into pan and spread out evenly.
  • Spoon cheese cake topping over and spread out.
  • With a knife, make little swirls in the batters, not to really combined them, but to just make swirly patterns on the top.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with crumbs on it.

1-14oz pkg Kraft caramels
1-6oz pkg chocolate chips
1 pkg german chocolate cake mix
1 cup walnuts (chopped)
3/4 cup butter (melted)
5oz can evaporated milk

Steps:

  • Melt caramels in 1/3 cup evaporated milk and set aside. Mix remaining milk, 3/4 cup melted butter and cake mix together with 1 cup chopped walnuts. Divide mixture in half. Pat 1/2 of the mixture into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on chocolate chips. Pour on caramel mixture next. Sprinkle remaining mixture over the top. This may make small clumps throughout the pan. Bake 16 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool 2-3 hours before cutting. Do not put into refrigerator.

3 cups sugar
5 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Remove mixture from heat and let cool slightly. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  • Sift flour, cocoa, and salt together. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, mixing until combined. Stir in pecans. Spread batter in baking dish.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
