3 tablespoons vodka
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon blue gelatin
3 tablespoons lemon-lime soda
pineapple slices cut into M's

Steps:

  • Mix vodka, water, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and gelatin in shaker over ice.
  • Strain drink into martini glass and mix with lemon-lime soda.
  • Place M pineapple on top of each drink.

Frozen melon balls, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka and pineapple juice. Shake. Strain into a martini glass. Slowly pour the melon liqueur into the glass. It will sink to the bottom. Garnish with frozen melon balls skewered on stir-sticks and serve immediately.
