- Cut a thin slice off each tomato top. Scoop out and discard pulp. Invert the tomatoes on a paper towel to drain. , In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon into tomatoes. Refrigerate for several hours.

- Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato.
- Scoop out and discard the pulp (I use the handle end of a small teaspoon, or use a melon-baller).
- Invert tomatoes on paper towels to drain.
- In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon into tomatoes.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.

- Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato. Scoop out and discard pulp; invert tomatoes on paper towels to drain. Pipe mayonnaise into tomatoes., Roll lettuce pieces and insert into tomato centers. Repeat with croutons and bacon. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour.
