- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Beat peanut butter and butter together in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat brown sugar into peanut butter mixture. Beat eggs into peanut butter mixture 1 at a time, beating well after each addition; add vanilla extract.
- Gradually sift flour into peanut butter mixture and mix until batter is well-combined. Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread evenly in the dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the blondies comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Cool in the baking dish for 15 minutes before slicing into 24 bars. Remove to a wire rack to cool until just warm.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter and white chocolate together over low heat in a saucepan. Remove from heat, and let cool slightly. Meanwhile beat eggs with sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl; mix in the butter mixture, and stir in the flour and salt until thoroughly combined. Scoop the batter into the prepared baking pan; sprinkle with white chocolate chips.

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease a 13×9 inch baking pan or line the pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together oil and brown sugar. Then add the eggs one at a time and beat until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients and then add them to the brown sugar mixture. Mix well.
- Separate half the batter into another bowl. Stir 1 cup of chocolate chips or chunks into one half.
- Into the other half, mix in cocoa and/or 1/2 c melted chocolate chips.
- Drop the blondie batter into the pan by heaping spoonfulls, leaving some space in between.
- Then, add the chocolate batter and use a knife to marble the two together in the pan.

- Sift together sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; stir in nuts; set aside.
- With an electric mixer, beat together melted butter and 1 cup brown sugar.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Slowly beat dry mixture into wet mixture.
- Stir in vanilla baking chips by hand.
- Spread batter into a greased 9" X 9" X 2" baking pan.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean; set aside to cool.
- For topping: In a saucepan over low heat, melt remaining 1/4 cup butter and maple syrup.
- Stir remaining 1/3 cup brown sugar into saucepan until it has dissolved.
