1 cup crunchy peanut butter
½ cup butter, softened
2 cups brown sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Beat peanut butter and butter together in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat brown sugar into peanut butter mixture. Beat eggs into peanut butter mixture 1 at a time, beating well after each addition; add vanilla extract.
  • Gradually sift flour into peanut butter mixture and mix until batter is well-combined. Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread evenly in the dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the blondies comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Cool in the baking dish for 15 minutes before slicing into 24 bars. Remove to a wire rack to cool until just warm.

1 cup butter
3 (1 ounce) squares white chocolate, chopped
4 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Melt the butter and white chocolate together over low heat in a saucepan. Remove from heat, and let cool slightly. Meanwhile beat eggs with sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl; mix in the butter mixture, and stir in the flour and salt until thoroughly combined. Scoop the batter into the prepared baking pan; sprinkle with white chocolate chips.

2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 1/4 cups light brown sugar
2 2/3 cups plain flour
3 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips or 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunk
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Grease a 13×9 inch baking pan or line the pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together oil and brown sugar. Then add the eggs one at a time and beat until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients and then add them to the brown sugar mixture. Mix well.
  • Separate half the batter into another bowl. Stir 1 cup of chocolate chips or chunks into one half.
  • Into the other half, mix in cocoa and/or 1/2 c melted chocolate chips.

1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch baking soda
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup of your favourite nuts, I like pecans
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar, divided
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup vanilla baking chips
1/4 cup unsalted margarine
1/4 cup maple syrup
6 -8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon maple extract
vanilla ice cream

Steps:

  • Sift together sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; stir in nuts; set aside.
  • With an electric mixer, beat together melted butter and 1 cup brown sugar.
  • Beat in egg and vanilla.
  • Slowly beat dry mixture into wet mixture.
  • Stir in vanilla baking chips by hand.
  • Spread batter into a greased 9" X 9" X 2" baking pan.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean; set aside to cool.
  • For topping: In a saucepan over low heat, melt remaining 1/4 cup butter and maple syrup.
  • Stir remaining 1/3 cup brown sugar into saucepan until it has dissolved.

  • Return saucepan to low heat and simmer, stirring constantly, until desired consistency.
  • To serve: place 1 brownie on a plate. Top with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle topping over. Delicious!
