If you don't like bleu cheese, this isn't a recipe for you. I, of course, do, and threw this together spur-of-the-moment one day when all I had in the kitchen was chicken, pasta, milk and bleu cheese. If you like a more liquid sauce, add more milk, if you like a creamier sauce, add less.

1 cup pasta
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup milk
1 lb chicken
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt (optional)
seasoning (optional)

Steps:

  • Bring water to a boil in a pot and add salt and pasta.
  • Heat olive oil in pan and add chicken, salt and seasoning.
  • Cook chicken thoroughly and drain.
  • Cook pasta thoroughly and drain.
  • Add pasta, chicken, bleu cheese and milk into small pot and heat until cheese is melted and sauce thickens, stirring frequently.
  • Remove from heat and serve.

1 large onion, choppd
5 tablespoon(s) butter, divided
6 tablespoon(s) flour
2 cup(s) chicken broth
3/4 cup(s) white wine
1 cup(s) bleu cheese, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1 pound(s) pasta, ziti...penne...rotelle...bow ties ...shells (ur choice ;)

Steps:

  • IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN SAUTE CHICKEN CUBES IN 3 TBLSPNS OF BUTTER N SEASON WITH S n P ...ONCE COOKD SET ASIDE
  • SAUTE CHOPPD ONIONS IN THE 2 TBLSPNS OF REMAINN BUTTER THEN ADD FLOUR N COMBINE ...COOK FOR A MINUTE.
  • ADD WINE N CHICKEN BROTH ONCE IT STARTS TO BOIL LOWER TO A SIMMER N STIR UNTIL THICKENED. ADD CRUMBLED BLEU CHEESE N STIR UNTIL MELTD :)
  • MAKE PASTA....IF USING FRESH BROCCOLI ADD TO PASTA FOR THE LAST 7 MINUTES OF COOKN TIME....IF USING FROZEN (thaw first) THEN ADD LAST TWO MIN OF COOKN TIME. THEN DRAIN .
  • ADD PASTA N BROCCOLI INTO CHEESE SAUCE N STIR UNTIL COATED...SPRINKLE WITH BLACK PEPPER N COMBINE. DRIZZLE WITH HOT SAUCE (OPTIONAL) ENJOY!
