1 to 1-1/4 cups ice cubes
1-1/2 ounces tequila
4-1/2 ounces orange juice
1-1/2 teaspoons grenadine syrup
GARNISH:
Orange slice and maraschino cherry

Steps:

  • Place ice in a Collins or highball glass. Pour the tequila and orange juice into the glass. Slowly pour grenadine over a bar spoon into the center of the drink. Garnish as desired.

4 ounces frozen strawberries
⅛ cup lime juice
½ cup lemon juice
¾ cup rum
¼ cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine ice, sugar and strawberries. Pour in lime juice, lemon juice, rum and lemon-lime soda. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Love these but only make now and again because Chambord, a black raspberry liqueur can be hard to find (for me anyway) and expensive-makes a superior drink though.

1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 ounces tequila
1/2 ounce Chambord raspberry liquor
1 lime wedge
club soda (optional)

Steps:

  • Fill tall glass 3/4 full with ice.
  • Add orange juice and tequila and stir to blend.
  • Add the Chambord, letting in sink to the bottom.
  • Top with club soda if desired.
  • Squeeze lime wedge into glass and drop wedge into glass.
