BLACKBERRY PECAN BAKED BRIE
My Wonderful Husband is a HUGE Cheese fan! I mean HUGE. So I love Pinterest and I love my Husband, on pinterest all I ever see is Baked Brie's for the Christmas Season.... I my mother told me I should attempt to make a brie,and I did! WOW I was so amazed at the flavors and easiness of the whole thing, I will always be making one for the Christmas Season's to come! I suggest of you love cheese as much as my Husband does, you should defiantly give this a try! Enjoy!!

Steps:
- pre-heat oven to 350*
- place all puff pastries in a large square shape on a flat surface,
- unwrap the brie and place in the center of the four corners of the pastries
- add jelly/jam
- add pecans
- start folding pastry over the top of the brie and toppings, you will have to trim off excess puff pastry dough.
- spray pam or rub butter onto a cookie sheet, and place tightly wrapped brie into the center of the pan, beat one egg in a cup or bowl, brush onto puff pastry and bake for 30-35 mins
- Remove from oven once pastry is golden brown, and slice and serve immediately ! GREAT with fresh pineapple and strawberries and black grapes. We cracked open a bottle of Sparkling Apple Cider with it, and it was sooooooooo good! I pray this amazing dish finds its way to you table soon!!!! Enjoy!!!!

- Make the pecan bourbon crust by mixing dry ingredients (pecans, brown sugar, and flour).

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cheese on a rimmed baking sheet; bake until softened, 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate; cool about 20 minutes.
- While cheese cools, place nuts on a clean baking sheet; bake until toasted and fragrant, 7 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle nuts over cheese.
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and maple syrup. Bring to a boil over medium heat; simmer until foamy, 1 to 2 minutes. Drizzle warm sauce over slightly cooled cheese and nuts; serve with crackers or baguette.
