BLACK TEA AND CITRUS PITCHER DRINK
Orange juice and lemon slices add a citrusy brightness to this iced black tea. Let the tea steep a little longer than usual, as its intensity will be mellowed by the ice and juice.

Steps:
- Place tea bags in a large heatproof pitcher with 4 cups boiling water and steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and add sugar, stirring to dissolve. Stir in lemon slices and orange juice and chill in refrigerator until cold.
- To serve, pour into glasses filled with ice.
RED ICED TEA
Iced tea with orange and lemon slices is one of Martha's favorite summer drinks.

- Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add tea bags and steep for 4 to 6 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Add remaining 2 cups water. Refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour.
- Fill a large pitcher with ice. Add orange and lemon slices and chilled tea. Pour into glasses with ice, and garnish with mint.
