2 frozen BOCA Cheeseburger Veggie Burgers
1/3 cup red onion slices
2 tsp. olive oil, divided
1 portobello mushroom, sliced
1 tsp. HEINZ Balsamic Vinegar
2 sesame bagels (4 inch), split, toasted
2 lettuce leaves

Steps:

  • Cook cheeseburgers as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook and stir onions in 1 tsp. oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until crisp-tender. Remove from skillet.
  • Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add mushrooms; cook 5 to 7 min. or until tender and lightly browned, turning occasionally. Add onions and vinegar; mix lightly.
  • Fill bagels with lettuce, cheeseburgers and mushroom mixture.

2 lb ground beef
vegetable oil
2 large onion- sliced
4 crusty rolls, split and toasted
4 romaine lettuce leaves
4 slice tomato
8 slice swiss cheese
1 c mayonnaise
3 Tbsp dijon mustard
8 slice thick bacon, cooked (bacon optional)

Steps:

  • 1. In small bowl, combine sauce ingredients (mayonnaise and dijon mustard); set aside.
  • 2. Shape ground beef into four 3/4\" thick patties.
  • 3. Lightly brush oil onto cut sides of onion.
  • 4. Place patties and onions on grill over medium, ash covered coals.
  • 5. Grill, uncovered, 13 to 15 minutes or until centers are no longer pink and onions are tender, turning once.
  • 6. Season burgers with salt and pepper, if desired, after turning.
  • 7. Approximately 1 minute before burgers are done, top each burger with 2 slices cheese.
  • 8. Meanwhile, spread equal parts of sauce mixture on top half of each roll.
  • 9. Line bottom half of each roll with lettuce and tomato; top with cheeseburger and onion.
  • 10. Close sandwiches.
