Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread the slivered almonds onto a baking sheet, and toast until the nuts start to turn golden brown and become fragrant, 5 to 10 minutes. Watch the nuts carefully as they bake, because they burn quickly. Once toasted, set the nuts aside to cool to room temperature.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, milk, and sugar in a large salad bowl. Stir in the bacon bits and Parmesan cheese until the dressing is well combined and creamy.
- Place the spinach leaves, chopped cauliflower, and toasted almonds into the salad bowl, and stir lightly to coat with dressing.

BEST BACONLESS SPINACH SALAD DRESSING
My daughter is vegetarian so I came up with this alternative to hot bacon dressing for spinach salad. This is great if there are vegetarians at your table. I serve crumbled bacon on the side so we still get the delicious flavor of hot bacon dressing! You can substitute Dijon mustard for the honey Dijon mustard, if desired.

Add two thirds of the finely grated Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.

The tangy-oniony dressing is the key to this salad. My daughter won't let me get 'lazy' and not make the dressing too! My mother use to make this spinach salad years ago and it's been a family favorite ever since.

BEST EVER SUMMER STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD
This is a very simple and delicious salad to make, especially in the summer. My family does not like spinach very much, but they love this dish. Also great to take to pot luck or church dinners as it is a "different" salad. The secret is to find the pale green fresh baby spinach leaves as opposed to the larger, tough, dark green ones in a bag! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

DAN'S BEST WILTED SPINACH SALAD
This salad has great memories for me, it is the salad I made for our first Anniversary Dinner. My husband was really taken aback at the slightly sweet and sour flavors with the crunch from the apples and the saltiness of the bacon & feta cheese. This is one of our favorite salads to have anytime no special occassion. It is BEST...
