Steps:
- Puree berries in a blender or food processor with 1/4 cup black currant liqueur. Pour pureed berries through a fine mesh sieve placed over a container with pourable spout. Fill champagne glasses about 1/4 full with the puree and top with the sparkling wine of your choice. A la votre!!!!
BERRY KIR ROYALE
Steps:
- Drop 1 to 3 raspberries into 6 champagne flutes. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons creme de cassis to the bottom of each glass. Top off each glass with some prosecco. Serve immediately.
