GROUND BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE
This is a proven family favorite. Tastes a lot like stuffed cabbage but much easier. If you do not tell them cabbage is included, they will not know what hit them until after they tell you they love it! Texas Pete® hot sauce is a good way to spice it up a bit on your plate.

GROUND BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE
This is a simple, delicious casserole to put together. I have made this using ground beef and tomato sauce, or with a seasoned ground pork sausage and along with a traditional style spaghetti sauce. No matter how it's made, both taste great! The seasoned pork sausage I used, already had salt, course cracked pepper, dried sage, onion and fresh garlic added to it. Have also made this using a lb. of leftover (already-cooked) taco seasoned meat, which gave this dish lots of flavor.

CORNED BEEF 'N' CABBAGE CASSEROLE
Comic strip characters Maggie and Jiggs inspired me to serve this meal. Whenever Maggie asked Jiggs what he would like her to cook, he answered, "Corned beef and cabbage." My husband liked this meal, too, and I always enjoyed making it for potluck suppers and other gatherings.-Daisy Lewis, Jasper, Alabama
