BANANA SPLIT MARTINI
This is a recipe for my favorite martini from a bar in Indianapolis that is now closed. Delicious!

Steps:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add white chocolate liqueur, strawberry vodka, creme de banana liqueur, and chocolate syrup. Cover and shake until the outside of shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

- Prepare a martini glass rimmed with multicolored sanding sugar. In a cocktail shaker filled half-way with ice combine all ingredients, shake well then strain into prepared martini glass. Garnish with a strawberry halve, banana slice, and maraschino cherry. Note: Chocolate lovers, try swapping out the sanding sugar rimmer for chocolate sprinkles. If you don't happen to have any whipped cream vodka on hand, try substituting it for cake or plain vodka.

- Shake the 3 liqueurs in a shaker filled with ice.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- If desired add an ice cube or a frozen banana.
- Top with optional whipped cream,
- Garnish with cherry and or banana.

My best friend pointed out the other night, That if a drink sounds like a small childs treat or something a child would say I'll mix it and try it at least once. I've come to realize with posting these drinks she's right.

Steps:
- 1. Peel 1 banana, Cut banana in half, cut halfs into halfs.
- 2. In a sauce pan bring water to boil, Place glass heat resistant bowl on top of sauce pan. Melt chocolate down, stirring often to keep chocolate from burning.
- 3. Dip banana quaters half into chocolate, Place on a cookie sheet with wax paper and place into freezer. Allow chocolate to freeze onto banana quaters.
- 4. Place ice, vokda, banana and strawberry liqueurs, cacao and grenadine in shaker. Shaken until mixed/chilled.
- 5. Take the frozen chocolate covered banana's out of the freezer.
- 6. pour drink into martini glass, Garnish with chocolate covered banana
