1 chickpea, 1 can, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped to serve

Steps:

  • Add bananas, chickpeas, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Top with walnuts and serve with your favorite fruit or dipping snack.
  • Enjoy!

1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground
1 tsp lemon
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c quick oats (do not use instant packets of oatmeal)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the bananas and lemon juice, blending well.
  • 2. Add rest ingredients. Blend them well.
  • 3. Serve immediately.
