Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 3 qt baking dish and then layer plums, peaches, pears and apricots.
- Drain the pineapple reserving the juice. Place the pineapple over the fruit.
- In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, butter cinnamon, cloves and 1/2 c pineapple juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and butter is melted.
- Pour over the fruit and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until heated through.

BAKED MIXED FRUIT DESSERT
I just love this mixed fresh fruit upside down cake. This is a delicious dessert recipe my Grandma gave me years ago. I like French Vanilla ice cream served with this dessert.

Steps:
- Melt butter in a 9" square baking dish ; Sprinkle brown sugar over top of the melted butter.
- Combine strawberries , grated orange rind and wedges , and the coconut together in a medium bowl.
- Arrange fruit mixture over top of the brown sugar.
- Prepare the muffin mix according to the package directions and pour over top of the fruit.
- bake in pre-heated oven @ 400° for 40 minutes or until done. Serve warm.
