Number Of Ingredients 8

2 large Idaho potatoes (about 1/2 pound each)
12 slices bacon (3/4 pound)
2 cups canola oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon honey

Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
