Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. Drill a hole into each well of the mini muffin pan (this is so the bacon grease will drain out). Set the muffin pan on top of the broiler pan to allow the bacon grease to drain into.
- 3. With fat edge down, start rolling the widest end of the bacon strip. Put the fatter side down into the mini muffin pan and press down gently, this will help to make them sit better and expand the botton better. Repeat this using both cuts of bacon to get different sizes of roses.
- 4. Bake for about 30 minutes, lift up each rose to drain bacon grease, return to oven for about 10 - 15 minutes longer. Be careful not to burn the bacon, keep an eye on it!
- 5. While the bacon is cooking: Take all of the roses off of the plastic stems, remove the green part of the roses and separate all the pieces(to use for the bacon roses). Using only the green plastic pieces of the rose, put them back on the individual stems sliding them down far enough to have about 1 inch of each stem sticking out of the top.
- 6. Put the marbles in the vase (the marbles are pretty and they are needed to weight the vase and help hold the stems in their places). Put the rose stems into the marbles in the vase.
- 7. When the bacon is cooked. Take pans out of the oven, remove the bacon roses from the mini muffin pan and put them on a paper towel lined baking rack to drain any bacon grease. Let cool completely.
- 8. Gently but firmly push each bacon rose onto the stems (using the best looking bacon roses). You should have a variety of sizes because of the different cuts of bacon and how they cook.
- 9. *** These roses will be greatly appreciated as a gift! *** They make a sensational centerpiece on your buffet table!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375. Place a cooling rack on top of a baking sheet. This will be the tray that holds the bacon and allows grease to drip. Roll bacon into rose buds and wrap aluminum foil around the bottom, leaving a small hole for the grease to escape, then place them on the cooling rack. Put roses in the oven for 30-40 minutes. While the bacon cooks, remove the heads of the fake roses, leaving the top of the stem and leaves intact. Insert toothpicks through the top of the stem, this will give the bacon some stability when you assemble the flowers. Remove bacon from oven once they're nice and crisp. Unwrap the aluminum foil and allow pieces to cool completely. Place bacon buds on flower stems and arrange in a vase.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Peel potatoes, if desired, and slice lengthwise between 1/16 to 1/8 inch thickness using a mandoline or vegetable slicer. Remove rosemary leaves from the stem and chop. In a bowl, combine potatoes, garlic powder, black pepper, rosemary, and olive oil. Toss well to coat the potato slices. Place 2 pieces of bacon on a work surface. Arrange potato slices along one edge so they are slightly overlapping. Sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese. Carefully roll up the bacon and potatoes to form a rose, then put it in the cup of a muffin pan. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Gently fan out the potato slice petals. Bake for 70 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through and the edges are crispy. If the potatoes start to brown too quickly, cover the pan with foil and continue baking until done.

Steps:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F
- Take each piece of bacon, one at a time, and lay it out vertically in front of you.
- Starting at the end closest to you, roll the bacon up. Don't make it a perfect roll or your roses will look like buds and not roses.
- optional - you can add your brown sugar or any other seasoning choices onto the bacon before you roll it up.
- Use a toothpick to hold the rolled up bacon together. As it cooks and the fat renders, it will hold shape on its own.
- Add a pinch of brown sugar to each rose.
- Arrange the bacon on your air fryer tray and place into your air fryer.
- Set the timer for 5 minutes. At the end of 5 minutes, gently flip your bacon roses.
- Set the timer for an additional 5 minutes. After a total of 10 minutes, check on your bacon roses. Depending on your air fryer, and thickness of bacon, you may have to add an additional minute or two.
- Once cooked, remove from air fryer to cool.
- Once cool to the touch, insert a skewer into the "bottom" of the rose. The bottom is the end that looks less like petals.
- You can now use twine to combine the roses into a bouquet!
- Gift to a bacon lover!
