Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cook ground beef and onion together in skillet; drain.
- Add cubed Velveeta and cook till melted, then stir in the crumbled bacon.
- Lightly grease a rectangle cookie sheet.
- Press out pizza dough into roughly a 15 x 8 inch rectangle, spread evenly with meat mixture.
- Roll into log, starting at one of the long sides; rearrange if necessary, so that seam side is down.
- Bake 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Cut diagonally into slices to serve.

- Cook ground beef, bacon and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat until ground beef is evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Drain; return meat mixture to skillet.
- Add Velveeta; cook until completely melted, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat; set aside.
- Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Press into 15x8-inch rectangle.
- Top evenly with meat mixture.
- Roll up dough, starting at one of the long sides.
- Bake seam-side down for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cut diagonally into six slices to serve.

- Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Put the mixture in a medium baking tray lined with aluminum foil and distribute the meat mixture evenly.
- Add the ham, cheese, and spinach on top of the meat.
- Carefully lift the meat and form a roll.
- In another aluminum-lined baking tray, place the slices of bacon side by side, one next to the other. Place the meat roll on top of the bacon.
- Roll up the meat with the bacon, then wrap with foil.
- Bake the aluminum-wrapped roll for 25 minutes.
- Increase the temperature to 500˚F (260˚C). Remove the foil and bake for 20 more minutes until the bacon is golden brown and crispy.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Without separating rolls, cut each package of rolls horizontally in half; arrange bottom halves in 2 greased 13x9-in. baking pans. Sprinkle each pan of rolls with 1 cup cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes., In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, breaking beef into crumbles, 6-8 minutes; drain. Stir in tomatoes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until combined, 1-2 minutes., Spoon beef mixture evenly over rolls; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with bacon. Replace tops. For glaze, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Microwave, covered, on high until butter is melted, stirring occasionally. Pour over rolls; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and heated through, 20-25 minutes. Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked sandwiches; prepare and freeze glaze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Pour glaze over buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake sandwiches as directed, increasing time by 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.
