9 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp wasabi paste
2 tsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
4 Tbsp panko bread crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. Cut each egg in half and put yellow parts in a food processor.
  • 2. Add mayonnaise, wasabi, soy sauce, and rice vinegar and process until smooth.
  • 3. Add green onion and panko bread crumbs to yolk mixture. Pulse just enough to mix in evenly.
  • 4. Fill whites with yolk mixture and top with sesame seeds.
